help required to convert vhs to dvd
can anyone tell me how to convert my vhs to dvd format, the hardware and software required. I want the quality of the output to be as good as the input.
please help ...
The output of my vcr is rca and also there is a s-video out.
I do not have a tv tuner card, is it required ?

yes TV tuner card is must... or in sum cases video card with video in & out plugs can be used......

if the tapes are macrovision protected and/or old, you will need a TBC(Time BaseCorrector) between the vhs player and the tuner card.
